1.0 STUDY AREAS

Quiet open study areas are available on floors 2-5 of the library building. For more information, ask at the Reference/Information desk.

2.0 COPY MACHINES AND CHANGE MACHINE

There are photocopiers available for service during library operation hours. Copiers location: first floor Special Collections, second floor, and fifth floor. A change machine is located on the first floor.

3.0 STUDY CARRELS

3.1 General Use, Student & Faculty (One-day Assignment Only)

Use will be on a daily, first come, first served basis Monday through Friday:

3.2 Law Students

Two carrels will be reserved for law students on second floor to be assigned on an hourly basis.

3.3 Doctoral Students at Candidate Level

Qualified students will be charged a $5.00 deposit per semester for use of study carrels. A key will be issued. Deposits will be paid in the Administrative office, second floor. Refunds will be given at the end of semester with one day notice for request for refund. Keys must be returned. Lost keys will have to be replaced. The cost of replacing key and/or lock core will be charged to the depositor.

3.4 Faculty (Semester assignment available)

Faculty study rooms are available on the fifth floor only. Those can be reserved on a semester basis with renewals available. A $5.00 key deposit is required at the second floor Administrative Office.

3.5 Restrictions for Use

Glass on door is not to be covered. No food, drink or smoking allowed. Books which have not been checked out or are overdue cannot be kept in carrels. No marking on desks, walls, etc. Violation of the above Restrictions Will Not Be Tolerated.

4.0 LOCKERS

Students wishing to use a locker must register. Registration is in the Administrative Office, suite 230 on the second floor of the library. A $5.00 fee, a combination lock and a current TSU ID card are required. Lockers are available on semester basis only. Locks must be removed by the last day of the semester.
