1.0 OVERVIEW

The Pharmacy Reading Room, located on the first floor of the Spurgeon E. Gray Hall, School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences building, has a seating capacity of 32 and has an area of 1,116 square feet of space. Library resources housed in the reading room support the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences programs.

2.0 COLLECTION

The collection consists of current journal titles (back issues of journal titles are housed in the Robert James Terry Library) along with a wide variety of reference and reserve books relating directly to pharmacy and health sciences. Also, located in the reading room are vertical files and computer workstations on which library users can access the library online catalog and electronic databases. There is a workstation devoted to MICROMEDEX.
