All contracts providing for expenditure of University funds or resources must be reviewed and approved by the Office of General Counsel prior to signature by any University employee. The Contract Administration Policy regulates the administration of and approval process for contracted goods and services.
Current or prospective contract employees of the University who are unfamiliar with contract administration should familiarize themselves with the process.
